How do I access a client or volunteer's record?

1.In your left-hand side navigation, make sure your Case Management module is expanded and click on Client (or Volunteer).

2.On the Client (or Volunteer) screen, all of the data entry fields are grayed out until you either select an existing client’s (or volunteer’s) record or add a new client (or volunteer). Begin to type in the client’s (or volunteer’s) first name, last name, or database ID number to pull up the client’s (or volunteer’s) record in the Client: (or Volunteer) drop down list.

3.Or, you can click on the down arrow in the Client: (or Volunteer ) drop down list to select the client’s name from your list of clients.
