Correcting an Email Address in a Survey Invite
When you create a survey invite, the email address is locked. This email address used in the survey invite is the first email address listed in the Contact Information box on the mentor, mentee, or contact record. To correct an email address in a survey invite:
1.Go to the appropriate mentor, mentee, or contact record.
2.In the right-hand column, enter the corrected email address in the first email address field.
3.Proceed to create or edit your survey invite.
