Rejected and Discontinued statuses

When closing a record that has not advanced beyond a Registering status, you are prompted to select a status of Rejected or *Discontinued.

Users can also include a Rejected/ Discontinued Reason, which is searchable. The close reason field be required to close a record for Case Records, Volunteer Records and matches (for Mentoring Module users) or Client Records and Volunteer Records (for Case Management Module users).
