The Mentor Portal doesn't accommodate some of my my mentors' email when they sign-in for the first time and they don't use social media. What can we do?

Anytime a mentor doesn’t have one of the account options listed, they either need to create an account (start a Google account for example) or that mentor needs to submit their hours to their case manager and the case manager can add the hours on the Match screen, which credits both the mentee and the mentor. Case managers can add these hours to the database for mentors who are either not able or unwilling to utilize the type of account that is compatible with the mentor portal.
