Data is backed up on a daily & weekly basis. Servers are located in a secure data center in Denver with 24‐hour on‐site security. Backups are replicated to a data center in Dallas, Texas, for the added security of geographic diversity. We do have a disaster recovery plan in case the servers/data center is completely destroyed–we’ll get the software up and running at a different location if necessary.
There can be fees associated with backups depending on complexity of what needs to be restored. Some of our clients have a plan to export to Excel on a schedule of their choosing so that they have a file backup as well.
