Plivo allows up to 200 text messages per day per phone number. If you anticipate needing to send a message to more than 200 recipients in a day, you may wish to consider splitting up the messages across multiple users and/or phone numbers.
Please submit a help desk ticket if you would like to consider adding a secondary Plivo phone number for your texting needs.
