United Way of Palm Beach County requires that all mentors have a background check once every 5 years.
Your database has a report for you to see when a mentor’s last background check was and when they need to renew it.
The report is based on the Background Check date on your mentor’s registration process step, so this date is required:
To see which mentors have expiring background checks that need to be addressed, go to your Navigation Panel on the left side, expand Reports, then click “Background Check” (1). You can sort the data by Most Recent Background Check (2) or Expiration of Last Background Check (3) by clicking the arrows next to the corresponding column header.
