Case Manager change history has been added to see changes of the assigned Case Manager over time. Click the first icon in the Case Manager field on the case/volunteer record to view the case manager change history
Clicking the red circle on the case manager assignment reocrds prompts the user if they want to delete the record. Only the first and last records in the list can be deleted.
When assigning a Case Manager you are also prompted to enter a date of the change.
