Combo-boxes have been replaced by fixed list drop-downs with the quick-add feature
to many of the fields in the database.
Fields include: Name &Address, Guardian Type, Referral Type, Activity Name, Contact Type (for support contact/references), Follow-Up Action, Outcome Category and Donation Type (Fundraising Module only).
