We have a convenient & flexible way for you and your team to learn how to use our software. Our Learning Management System (LMS) allows you to train at your own pace and on your own time. It is also an great way for new staff to get trained in at any time.
The LMS is arranged by category with 2-4 minute videos along with follow-up questions about each topic. It should take approximately 4 hours to complete the LMS. We recommend doing an hour each day so that you are getting into the database regularly and building on your knowledge each day.
This training is essential to your program’s ability to use IMS effectively. We want to set your team up for success and have found that this is the best way to do it.
(Also please note that you can’t use free support until you have completed the LMS. Many of the support questions people ask are covered in the LMS. So, it is best to start with that!)
With your new purchase, you will have 30 days of free access to the LMS. Likewise, new staff members can also receive 30 days of free access. If you need more than 30 days, there is a fee of $10/mo. per user.
