This feature allows you to:
- Add the topics that should be covered during each match support follow-up.
- Have a different template for mentors, mentees & guardians.
- Prepopulate the subject & label fields.
To get started, complete our questionnaire to provide us with the following details:

What you want to name it in the Add New menu in the Communication/Notes tab (Match Support, Match Supervision, etc.).

The subject & label(s) that should be prepopulated (if applicable).

The list of topics to discuss with the mentor, mentee or guardian (or client/volunteer/guardian if using Case Management). The template can be set up per role. Please indicate role(s) per template.
