Opt in & out for Plivo

When clients are applying to be a part of your program, you must ask if they opt in for using their mobile number for texting.

On each record, there is a Communication Preferences area on the right-hand part of the screen (right below contact information). The default is that they are opted in. If someone would like to opt out, you can click Edit to adjust the preferences and then unselect Text.
