If we receive an email notification that someone sent us a text message, are we able to reply to the email in order to reply back to the person? Is there a way in IM to reply to them? Or do we have to compose a new message each time?
The recipient of the text message can reply like a normal text on their phone. The staff member must text from the database, and they would need to start a new text communication each time. However, they all show up on the same text string on the person’s phone.
