The following improvements have been made to our texting feature to enhance the user experience and improve deliverability.
There is now a message length that turns red when over 160 characters
with an accompanying error message to alert you about what may occur if you send the message as-is:
We also now alert users about other potential problems with their messages, such as including a URL and/or characters that might be misinterpreted before sending:
Another helpful tip: avoid spam-like type content in messages such as START/STOP, OPT IN/OUT, as it can cause the message to be blocked without notification from the carrier.
