The Dream Program Reporting Capabilities

The Dream Program Database has many powerful reporting tools that can help you get the most out of your program. Below are some examples and instructions on different reporting options that you can run through your database:

  1. Match Statistics: This report will tell you all about your Match statuses within the time frame selected. It will show new, active, current matches and more. Let’s say you want to run for the last quarter of 2024 (October-December). See example filtering for the Village Mentoring Program.

  2. You can also run a Mentee Statistics report, this was ran for the High School Youth Program to get data from 2024:

  3. Mentee Demographics: This report will pull demographic information of your Mentees (this report can also be ran for Mentors). See example filtering for Guided Mentoring for Q4.

  4. Custom Search Capabilities. If you would like to pull very specific data from your program, the search is a great tool to narrow information. For example, if you wanted to find all Mentees older than 9 years old, in the Guided Mentoring Program, from June 1, 2024-Dec 31st 2024, you can filter ALL that information.
