As long as the renewal is ordered via the database, it will update the record. If you are setup to auto submit expired background checks you should be seeing any renewals. If the renewals appear to be in a Pending – New status, which means it’s in an open invitation status – the volunteer hasn’t taken action from the email they received from Sterling.
