You can have customized client communication note options added for clients, volunteers & guardians.
This feature allows you to:
Add the topics that should be covered during client follow-up.
Have a different template for clients, volunteers & guardians.
Prepopulate the subject & label fields.
To get started, complete our questionnaire to provide us with the following details:

What you want to name it in the Add New menu in the Communication/Notes tab (eg - Client Notes).

The subject & label(s) that should be prepopulated (if applicable).

The list of topics to discuss with the client, volunteer or guardian. The template can be set up per role.
