After your initial setup, we know that as the years go on your database and online forms/ surveys will need to be updated. We’ve got good news! Your Innovative Mentoring Software subscription includes free, on-going customization to your profile fields, labels, attributes, forms, and more.
If you have our Premium package, you can request two minor sets of changes per year using the form. If you have our Enterprise package, you can request four minor sets of changes per year. After you have used your free requests, you can ask for additional changes at any time, and we will provide you with a quote.
Your changes are considered minor if they will take a member of our expert team an hour or less to complete. If your request is more extensive than what could reasonably be done in a hour, we will provide you with a quote.
With changes to your online form, if we believe the changes can be made to your existing form, the quote will be for $240. If we determine that the changes are so extensive that they are essentially a new form, the quote will be for $500.
When you are ready to make changes, simply reach out to [email protected] and we’ll send you a form that you can fill out and return to us.
Your requests will be reviewed, and we will provide you with a quote for anything that requires a support fee. Be sure to include all of your requested changes in the form. After it has been submitted, you will need to fill out another form for any additional requests.
