For the Level Up program, you are required to complete the Mentee profile fields of Services Requested and Services Received. Choose the appropriate answer from the drop down list. If none of the options below are appropriate, then please choose “Other (detail in communication notes).”
If you chose “Other,” you will then add a communication note:
- Choose Communication & Notes tab
- Add New button
- Choose the corresponding label
- Complete the remaining data fields including the information about the services in the body of the note.
- Choose Save
